The Margravial Opera House (Markgräfliches Opernhaus) in
Bayreuth is most likely a Baroque theatre. It is understood
that a true Baroque theatre must have specific functionalities
such as a raked stage, paired flats that move simultaneously,
and theatre machines such as cloud machines, wind machines,
wave machines, rain machines, lightning machines and
rolling-thunder machines. It is not clear how many of these
functionalities are at the Margravial Opera House.
